Makeup assistant: 0
Models: 12

What props will you need? 6 fake guns, six army helmets/ costumes and six Xbox 360 controllers.

Describe in detail your make-up & costume needs. (Include reference material to illustrate your needs)
I will need to create 6 “soldiers.” This will probably just mean giving them army helmets and fake guns to make a parody-esque image.  There is an example of the types of guns I intend to use. The other army will be of casual gamers in plain clothes wielding Xbox 360 controllers.

Studio shoots: what kind of lighting?

Backdrop: Will be in a field or park outdoors making use of natural environment and attempting to simulate a battlefield

Lighting equipment needs:

Will rely on natural lighting meaning I will have to take this image during the day.

Photo shoot planning document – Pre-Order Nightmares

Date and time of photo shoot: TBC

Material to be shot: this is a image of an incredibly unhappy model clutching a condemned game to their chest.

What personnel do you need?

Lighting assistant: 1
Makeup assistant: 0
Models: 1 – has been shot once but the photo needs to be re-taken for better quality.

What props will you need? The only prop I need is the game my model will be clutching, Aliens Colonial Marines.

Describe in detail your make-up & costume needs. (Include reference material to illustrate your needs)

This is a normal model in their normal clothes photographed to about their waist clutching the game to their chest. There is no necessary costume or make-up. The facial expression is the important part of the image and from the first attempt at the issue this will not be an issue.

Studio shoots: what kind of lighting?
(include reference material to illustrate your needs)

Backdrop: This will be a dark and shadowy background that will not really be definable or visible so could be anything. The main objective of this photograph is to get a great shot of the model.

Lighting equipment needs: This will probably be butterfly lighting, as the model will not be angled for narrow lighting. The effect should clearly show the facial expression.

Photo shoot planning document- Article 3- Low Budget Review

Date and time of photo shoot: TBC

Material to be shot: 2 photos, one of the 3 characters from the game- Michael, Trevor and Lester. The other of a supposed store robbery featuring a model as a store owner and one in a balaclava holding a water gun.

What personnel do you need?

Lighting assistant: 1
Makeup assistant: 1
Models: 3/5

What props will you need?
I will need 2-3 water guns, a balaclava and a baseball bat. This could be a plastic toy bat or a real wooden one. The balaclava will be used to illustrate the “robbery” picture.  The last prop would be a cane to represent Lester accurately.

Describe in detail your make-up & costume needs. (Include reference material to illustrate your needs)
The three characters will be represented accurately through costumes with Michael and Lester models being dressed smartly whereas the Trevor model will be dressed in casual wear or if possible dirty overalls. For the second photo I will have a fake store clerk getting robbed by a model in a balaclava.

(include reference material to illustrate your needs)

Backdrop: there will be a plain white backdrop so that the three characters will be easily noticeable and the centre point of the image.

Lighting equipment needs: this will rely on lighting the models, as the background will be purely white with all emphasis on the characters.
